Recipe: Potato Soya Butterfly

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Jasbro Foods Soya Chunks
  • 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum (bell pepper)
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs for coating
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Jasbro Foods Soya Chunks:
  • Boil water in a saucepan and add the soya chunks. Let them soak for about 15 minutes until they become soft and spongy. Drain the water and rinse the soya chunks. Squeeze out any excess water and chop them into small pieces. Set aside.
